Rosemary Fletcher

Rosemary is Probe’s operations boss. Her detailed approach to project design and management ensures our work is completed on time, on budget and with the highest possible quality. As Probe’s longest-tenured employee, she has touched nearly every project Probe has completed, specializing in research related to financial services, member satisfaction and public policy issues. Rosemary brings a rich level of experience and expertise, particularly in the areas of questionnaire design, sampling and quota management and reporting. She helps put new tools and techniques into practice and makes creative ideas work. Rosemary holds a BA in psychology and administrative studies.
